What is the standard delivery timeline for my order?
We typically process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location in India, you can expect delivery within 3 to 7 business days.
How can I return or exchange a product?
We offer a 15-day easy return and exchange policy. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact. You can initiate a request through our returns portal.
Are the products sold on Chogori India authentic?
Absolutely. Chogori India Retail Limited is an authorized retailer for all brands featured on our site, ensuring that every product you receive is 100% genuine and of premium quality.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
How do I track the status of my shipment?
Once your order is shipped, we will send a confirmation email and SMS containing a tracking link and AWB number so you can monitor your package in real-time.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled directly through your account dashboard as long as they have not yet been dispatched. Once the order is in transit, you will need to follow our return process.
